What patients are saying.

Dr. Graziani will take the time to answer my questions and not make me feel rushed. I feel as if she cares for me holistically. She asks about my life, my son, my job, and my mental wellbeing.

Dr. Graziani helped me understand my test results and helped me understand next steps in treatment. I feel very lucky to have Dr. Graziani as my gynecologist.

Schedule an Appointment

To serve you in the best way possible we work by appointments. We do our best to keep to appointed schedules, but medical emergencies and unexpected delays do occur. If that happens and it delays your appointment, we promise to keep you informed and let you know of other options to fit your needs. Always feel free to call ahead to check for any known delays before coming in for your appointment. At your visits, you will be asked to present your insurance card, photo ID, and any necessary co-payments. To schedule your appointment, please call: (860) 247-5447 or you may request an appointment online.

Prior to your Visit

In order to enhance the level of service that we provide for you, our physicians request that you complete your medical history in advance through our electronic medical records patient portal. A unique user name and password will be generated for you and mailed directly to you with your patient packet for you to enter your medical history online. You also may download and complete new patient paperwork ahead of time and bring it with you to your first appointment. If you choose not to use this method, please arrive to 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete the electronic medical records entry in our office.

To Cancel or Reschedule
