Your Visit
Schedule an Appointment
To serve you in the best way possible, we work by appointments. Early morning and evening hours are available for appointment scheduling; please let us know of any issues that may necessitate how soon you need to be seen.
At every visit, you will be asked to present your insurance card, photo ID, any necessary co-payments and to complete patient paperwork. Please be in the office 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. To save time during your appointment, you can also download and complete our patient paperwork ahead of time and bring it with you. For your first appointment we ask that you be in the office 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
To Cancel or Reschedule
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
In Case of an Emergency
After business hours, please call the office at (203) 578-4609 and our answering service will contact our on-call physician. If your call is not returned within 20 minutes, please call the answering service again. We ask all of our Ob-Gyn patients to go to Waterbury Hospital.
Please call during normal business hours to schedule appointments, request medication refills, or discuss test results.
